Fuel *injection* grade line, rated to like 150psi vs 50 or so.

Any pics of finished product?

S-AFC to tune this, or are you just running rich out of boost?

Curious to know....

I will be getting an afc as soon as I get the money together right now I'm just running a little rich but changing the injectors also cured my missfire issue and rough start issue fires up with ease and also idles like a brandnew car lol I'm also running e85 which is rated at 105 octane.

But my main goal was to prove that you can run 15psi on a t25g with no supporting mods now when I find a larger turbo I like I will be slapping that on and turning up the boost. Iggy is my witness and can atest to the fact that you can do it he's been in my car with me driving hell he drove it and nothing was wrong. And I don't baby my car otherwise you'll never find out what it can do.

Not too diffecult of a mod just trial and error to get it right.  Helluva result!!!!!  I was a little skeptical of the small o-rings.  Still a lil worried bout leaking but it looks like its good be ok.  And DAMN what a smooth idle!! night and day compared to the rough ass idle before.

Isn't the E85 going to eat the seals in the fuel system?  This was the issue that I thought occured with changing to E85 on a system that wasn't set up for it.

Thats the truth its the same as putting diesel in an unleaded car its just not meant to be without the proper seals and whatnot i know you dont care much and its all for the sake of science but thats just one thing thats a no-brainer also if you mix the E85 with unleaded fuel its a bad combo E85 gives you worse gas mileage since its 85% alcohol so it would only be smart to put in if you were planning on taking it to the track or something(that is if you are willing to run it) you will be wasting money putting it in for your driving fuel

You trade off fuel economy for the cheaper price of E85, at least that is how it is here, but then again... we grow it here.  Dunno about there.

I think he's using it for its high octane rating primarily, seeing as how it would be WAY cheaper than reg gas of similar level.

True it is cheaper but you wont save any money you lose 30% of your gas mileage so you would have to pay $43 for 14.3 gallons of E85 compared to $37 for 10 gallons of regular unleaded just to get the same amount of gas mileage and he's ruining the fuel system doing it that way

There's a guy here that builds race cars for a living and has never had an issue with the gas eating anything on any of his cars full race and daily driven all he did was add the gas to his tank and it was fine also Ive ran it on my last s12 with no problem yes the gas mileage kinda sux but everything else was fine

It take awhile for the alcohol to affect anything, but I would at least replace anything rubber with new parts... Old rubber parts will rot out faster.

But why not just run water+alcohol injection? It would be a lot cheaper and you get the same, if not a better, anti-detonate.
A proper set up will yield around 115+ octane equivalent (IIRC).
