R180 Companion Flange

R160 and R180s both have aluminum bearing retainers on the sides of the diff, R200s don't (they just have the oil seals on the sides).

Just to update this as this thread led me to confusion, the companion flange from the R180 and R200 ARE NOT INTERCHANGEABLE! The splined shaft is wider on the R200.
