Fuck you then, I'll take my movies, box of chocolates, bottle of wine and chloroform somewhere else.
Adding an SSD to that is kinda like strapping a 3 inch stainless HKS exhaust on a geo metro.

i guess i am doing this again $150 for T25s and $200 for mid/large frame. $300 for tubonetics oversized shaft turbos. but no bullshit. seriously. if i get it and it looks cooked/fucked or ANY wheel contact has been made i'm sending that shit right back and you lose shipping costs. $20-$40

Someone please tell me if this link works to a myspace album for how to package/ship/post a turbo. thx
http://www.myspace.com/my/photos/album/3616208

the thread where the pics dont work. How to ship a turbo. http://club-s12.org/retro4/index.php?topic=29207

take off the oil and water lines and take off the compressor inlet/outlets and o2 pipe before u ship it

Thank you

I take it the reason you stopped is because you kept getting BS turbos?

ya there were a couple different t25s that were toast but i tried to help people out. That and i did some on hookup, ran into problems, ate the extra expenses and lost money. oh and there was the turbonetics one where the rebuild kit alone cost a little under $200. fuck that

i already rebuilt ur 60. I got that flange and gasket for it too

I finally got the info for it from my friend i bought it off, I took it in to RotoMaster (ADP Distributors of Langley BC) and it was BAD...... turbo cost 750ish the rebuild is gonna ding me 500 before tax T_T. Journal bearings spun in the housing, so the shaft is as fucked as the center cluster (Sorry if my terminology sucks :P). Need to be ground out and bigger bearings, shaft put in, My wheels and housing stuff are fine.

I think it might take more abuse with the bigger/stronger bearings and a new shaft..... think its worth it? i think they said the turbo is a stage 3 good for about 400hp

shit i dont remember. there are a lot of variations in T3s and T4s. the rule would be that T3 is mid and T4 is large but its more complex than that there are various bearing sizes and thrust plate sizes/types. also there are other frame styles like all the mitsu stuff and all the holset stuff etc.  iirc urs is a t3 frame with a t4 compressor. typical hybrid and well proven

i dont do it as a business anymore. got tired of losing money. plus a rebuilt turbo no matter how well done still has a pretty good chance of smoking like a banshee. I've had one of my own and 2 customer turbos start smoking again for no good reason. thats why i quit

Would you still do it on the side if no money came out of your pocket I might have something lined up with a t3 super .60 that needs a rebuild he says there's no in and out play but there's up and down play he thinks the thrust bearing my be shot...
