[Today at 11:37:51 PM] SchizophrenicMC: Might have to suck it up and do it

[Today at 11:40:11 PM] pakii-afa: i think i might be able to make this work, 94 d21 flywheel is 6bolt like the ca18et, the reference point that it will fit the ca and the ka is the flywheel shim part number.

[Today at 11:40:40 PM] pakii-afa: i can then use a 240mm stage 1 clutch disk. and keep it for later.

[Today at 11:41:18 PM] pakii-afa: also from what i can tell, the throwout/release bearing is the same throughout ca and ka motors. is this true?

[Today at 11:47:32 PM] SchizophrenicMC: The throwout bearing is specific to the FS5W71 series transmission, not the clutches

[Today at 11:47:48 PM] SchizophrenicMC: They all have the same input shaft and all use the same throwout bearing

[Today at 11:48:02 PM] SchizophrenicMC: a 6-bolt flywheel does not guarantee proper fitment or balance.

[Today at 11:48:27 PM] SchizophrenicMC: Just buy a cheap clutch for the CA18ET

[Today at 11:48:36 PM] SchizophrenicMC: Chuck it with the shitty engine when you switch over.

[Today at 11:48:52 PM] SchizophrenicMC: You can probably pick up a parts store clutch inside of $100

Looking for an exhaust manifold and turbo, ready to run, so I can bolt them right up to my completely stock '85 turbo.

Alundra, please start your own "want to buy" thread, do not hijack someone else's, thanks.

Hella flush and all associates should be gunned down for brainwashing people into thinking a 225 and lots of camber is proper wheel fitment. THAT IS EASY, anyone can camber a skinny as tire till it dosnt rub. Now fitting an 11 with a 315 on stock fender with reasonable camber, that is fitment. And looks, and performs better than both.
i dont own a s12 at the moment but trying to acquire one to get rid of my s13 hatch

Running the manifold the way it is isn't a huge problem unless of course its completely blockin one of the exhaust exits plenty of people have stayed with the stock manifold for lack of aftermarket and have been ok like I said in my pm you have to pick the lesser of the 2 evils

I've got the stock turbo in great condition, no shaft play and no leaks. 1 bolt sheared off however when I removed it, so kinda sucks but you can have a machine shop drill it out and tap it for a new stud.

PM me if interested
