will any other nissan clutch cylinders fit the s12 as im finding it impossible to find parts for my s12

rockauto.com and nissanpartszone.com should have most of your clutch related parts

Master or slave?
S13 master works just fine, You just have switch out the rod from your stock S12 one into it.
Slave cylinder I'm not sure. Really that one depends if you have a B or C trans. Even then it might be a tad iffy.
