Dude, these questions are all thoroughly answered in other threads. Do some searching, some reading, etc. I myself posted some hefty explanations regarding KA swaps and transmissions, including info on the shafts.

THAT IS EASY, anyone can camber a skinny as tire till it dosnt rub. Now fitting an 11 with a 315 on stock fender with reasonable camber, that is fitment. And looks, and performs better than both.
i dont own a s12 at the moment but trying to acquire one to get rid of my s13 hatch

You can always swap the C tranny bell housing onto the B trans and not have to modify anything. Since my B trans was in good shape this is the route I took when I swapped the ka-de into my Mk1 turbo.

I've been thinking of doing that because I really don't want to cut a hole in the tunel and mess up the look of a mint interior but if I remember I've read that its not so easy that I would need something like a seal or a part that its kind of hard to get some1 correct me if I'm wrong

The bellhousing swap is cake. It might look a little daunting but I assure you it comes right off. Getting the C clip off is the trickiest part and even that isn't too bad. Should take less then an hour to get the B tranny bellhousing off and the C tranny bellhousing on. We used a liquid gasket sealer to reseal the bellhousing. The old man got a very specific type of gasket sealer but I can't remember what it was called. I think it was yamabond or something like that.
