Lol it was a good weekend sir.  The pics came out sick as fuck and I dont plan on posting any from the shoot.

Drove the 14 to work this morning.  Car has some small slight issues but it is currently driveable.  It gets MAD attention too...and whats funny is I passed like 6 cops today (Ive driven 60 miles today) and once they see some tall white guy driving it they dont seem to care, lol.

Lovin life, hopin to take care of some business this coming weekend.

I MAY HAVE FOUND YOU A TANABE AXLE BACK EXHAUST

Sweet, might be down for that.....
I just learned last night that the other exhaust for the 14 is an Apexi N1 Dual exhaust...you know the one with 2 mad size exhaust tips, not just one haha.  Apparently that exhaust passed smog and Im picking up a new 3C ECU tomorrow so I can get rid of the auto ECU.  The 14 is legal for another few months, but with those 2 things, I can pass smog when the time comes.  Ive really quite fallen in love with the blast pipes though....

Justin and I made a deal while he was here last weekend.  Since the 14's exhaust is SOOO retardedly loud, he offered to take the blast pipes off my hands if he found a replacement exhaust for the 14 since I didnt want that dropped car having a stock exhaust (kills the vibe you know, lol).  I made that deal thinking my second exhaust (still at my buddies house) was stock..but since its not, deal might be off sir.  I can rock a quieter Apexi exhaust for a little while til I get the 12 back up on its feet.

Exhaust for engine?

TAILLIGHTS WORK AGAIN!!  So Im offically happy with the car currently.  The 12 needs to remain a daily for about a week longer until the 14 is squared away with all problems, then the 14 will be dailied while I finally jack the 12 up, and throw on ALL MY F*CKING PARTS finally.

Seriously....Im a happy fellow

No new news lately.  Still trying to get the car in the back cut up (flakey friends) and still trying to fix the overheating problem in the S14.

Cars been driving and running great lately.  Slowly but surely Im finding and tackling small things...cleaning up over spray, fixing wiring.  Currently I think my battery is shorting out on my hood.  Other than that, lifes just peachy.

My SE traveled mostly fwy and I never really paid attention to gas consumption until the "Big V6."  I gotta say for the little power my stock VG put out, it sucked gas!  The SE was worse than the S54 MCoupe and 135i.  I no shit you - for real.

For sure fool, would love to see you soon.

Small update - Finally got my front fenders painted and installed.  Painted the front bumper also, but that bumper is jacked up, lol.  Im on the look out for a new one.  In the mean time, the car is now a solid color (or 2) and actually looks pretty good (pics later).  Also got my shift knob in from Speedoholics and painted some autozone pedals.  All in all...not a damn thing has happened, lol.

Which Speedoholics knob did you go with? I got one of his stainless steel ball type ones.

Won't the paint come off the pedals quickly?

Hella flush and all associates should be gunned down for brainwashing people into thinking a 225 and lots of camber is proper wheel fitment. THAT IS EASY, anyone can camber a skinny as tire till it dosnt rub. Now fitting an 11 with a 315 on stock fender with reasonable camber, that is fitment. And looks, and performs better than both.

PICS!

I didnt do a damn thing for prep work on the front bumper.  Ran out of primer and wasnt about to buy a new can.  Also I used the remaining 5 or 10 % of 4 cans of blue spray paint to cover the bumper, lol.  Didnt turn out half bad.  But you can still see damages.

Also my buddy has my front turn signal ambers.  He was supposed to be making resin castings of them, but got into a motorcycle accident.  Hes fine and now back at work, but I havent asked about the lights yet.  I might be in the market for new MK1 turn signals.

Heres pics of the new shift knob and painted pedals for shits and giggles.

I actually like the two-tone idea. You can always sand down the damaged spots later and repaint.

I wish.  I was in an accident recently and theres too much damage to want to fix (cant see any of it though which is nice).  Ill wait for a half off day at a yard when Im lucky, lol.  Looks fine for now though.

So I got spoiled last night.  My girl has recently come into some money and felt like spoiling me :)

Currently waiting on - New hub - New quick release - New steering wheel - New short shifter - New headlights.

All of it should be in the mail as of today and be here within a week or 2!  Interior should be boss after this.

BTW - one of my fenders (drivers side) doesnt have the 3rd square hole needed to be able to screw in the MK2 corner lights.  It just has the 2 holes needed for MK1 lights.  I dont feel that drilling a hole in the metal and screwing it in would hold so..any ideas?

So Ive been cuttin up my hatchback today.  Figured Id post pics.
PROGRESS!

Heres something people might find interesting.  For those that dont know, this chassis was supposed..."supposed"...to be built.  I had actually foamed the A, B, and C pillars for chassis reinforcement and since Im cuttin the chassis up now, I get indepth pics of how the foam actually turned out.  Its kinda cool :)
