Offset Pin Style Adjustable Cam Gears for Nissan VG

Used for several years as the "de-facto" standard for cam adjustment in the Nissan Single Cam VG motor, our adjustable camshaft gears are the most advanced "offset-pin" style sprockets available for our engines in terms of quality.

The offset pin design provides adjustment of up to 9 degrees of retard/advance in 3 degree increments. This ability is critical when attempting to fine-tune the best possible valve timing for your particular application. Up to 12 horsepower increases have been noted with a simple 3 degree advancement in timing - making it one of the most cost effective power upgrades for the VG!

Starting with good, solid, original Nissan cam gears, these gears are CNC machined for maximum precision. This ensures that timing is accurate while providing adequate cam pin retention.

Also, the timing positions are clearly marked (-3,-6,-9,+3,+6,+9), and marks have been machined into the ring of the gear to offer a visual reference point for installing your gears and timing belt. Afterwards, our sprockets are zinc plated for durability and an attractive shine!

Kit comes with 2 sprockets, and both square tooth and round tooth gear types are available!
