How much of a pain are they to change on the vg? Mine are not in the best shape and pretty sure at least one is leaking a tad bit.

you have to take apart your intake mani.
its a pain in the ass.

clean out your plenum and tb and anything you can while in there as well.

Throttle Body Cleaner or Carb Cleaner. A toothbrush for scrubbing is good advice.

i used an oil pan, a gallon of gas and a good brush for the plenum to get the big stuff off and carb/throttle body cleaner for the rest.
i also scraped the shit out of a lot of it with a screwdriver.

looked like this:


here you can somewhat see it cleaned(forgot to take pics):


edit:
make sure to get a new plenum gasket or some grey rtv(i used leftover honda-bond)
