So-called "feeler" threads are not allowed in the "Wanted To Sell" section, because they violate Rule #2 of the Wanted To Sell rules. If you post a "feeler" thread, it will be deleted and you will receive a warning or possible temp posting-ban. This is effective immediate.

so can we post feeler threads in a different section or not at all you just stated you didn't want them in the wts section?
A feeler thread is really just another way of saying "I have these things, make me offers and I'll decide". I think sometimes people just are curious to see what they can get for their stuff. In that case, it's better to post in Coffee Shop and just say "how much do you guys think an S12 R200 is worth?" or "How much would you guys pay for a dash?" But a feeler thread goes a lot further than that, and basically opens up shop for a bunch of items without prices.
Ask around, do your homework, so when you post an actual for sale thread, it can have prices listed. Remember, the listed prices can be "or best offer", so there's no reason why you can't post prices but sell it for less.
Basically the "or best offer" allowed in a for sale thread makes the "feeler" thread pointless, unless it's only done for the purpose of avoiding posting any prices. Which is -- and I state it for the second time -- a blatent violation of Rule #2.
So basically feeler threads are not allowed on C-S12.
