Put in some passat front springs.

I haven't tried them yet, but I'm pretty sure they will fit.
The passat rear shocks might work too, they look about the right length, just a smaller diameter bolt on the bottom.
If they do fit, then that means you could get koni shocks.
passant?
as in volkswagen passat?
 Yea, VW Passat. I posted that from my phone, go figure.

From what I've been able to find, they're 300lb/in springs.
300 ain't shit in the back, I am running 550 and it feels fine. Go broke or go home.
Want stiff rear springs?
Buy Ksports....
Maybe I should have said stiffer.
well maybe for IRS they arent much, but for SRA itd be a step up for sure no?
ill be getting 600lbs/in when time allows.

Like a boss
Go see what David b is running....cuz idk. He is the sra guru.
BTW, the springs fit PERFECT. Just popped them in a drove.
Slight lift, maybe 1/2"... But I don't care, I had a little neg camber that I wanted to get rid of anyway (was trashing my tires).
So, anyone wants some stiffer springs, then just pick up some aftermarket lowering springs for a 98-05 VW Passat, 1.5" drop should put you just lower than stock... Which should be perfect.
Oh, and this spring rate feels MUCH better than the old crusty stock springs, almost no squatting, not so stiff that it'll kill your kidneys.

Edit:
Actually that last pic is a little deceiving, my driveway isn't flat, so the car is sitting funky.
needz moar low.
thats all im gonna say. lol
300 should be somewhat close to the canucks...which is still too soft for me...
Fuck going lower! :-P
besides they're free and winter is coming.
Ahhh! You're going to get a squeak/knock noise over bumps soon (if not already) if you dont get some spring isolators (protectors, mounts, whatever you wanna call them).
nevertheless, good find sir. It's always good to know what parts 'fit'.
I promise you, he doesn't mind extra noise. His car has less interior than mine. Which isn't much.
 Yeah, I got other noises to worry about.
All I have for an interior are seats and a steering wheel.
Which makes me wonder. Why do you drive that thing in the winter with no real heat?
(Winter IS coming, and I went lower. heheh)

Good man!
Now I get it; Passat front springs on the S12 rear. What did you do for S12 front springs?
Modified stock struts with adjustable perches and springs, I have some more detail in my build thread:
https://club-s12.org/forum/index.php/topic,18552.1080.html
Ultimately, the Passat springs only really lift the rear, which was fine for me, love Rally stuff and it helped my camber issues.
Though I suppose with some careful heating of the coils near the perches, you could safely lower them enough to get stock height out of them, but I wouldn't recommend that, unless you were desperate for higher rate springs and got them for free. lol
The custom struts worked pretty well, but those had issues too, needed about a 6mm spacer, otherwise the spring and perch would contact the tire sidewall... Which could probably be resolved with a shorter spring, so the lower perch can be raised.
If its an irs, i think you just notch the spring pirch on the trailing arm, and you can fit a 2.5" coil over spring. That gives you any rate and height you want
Yeah, like I said, unless you got them for free and really needed some springs, I wouldn't use the Passat springs.
I got them for free from a Friend that was going full coilovers on his 03 Passat, I was just looking at them and thought "those look about right". lol
