So some guy local to my area is gutting his 88 Supra and doing a Lexus V8 swap.  After seeing the ad for the motor/trans setup, I got to thinkin...

Would the 7MGTE fit in an S12?

for enough $$$ anything will fit.  if the motor is already out measure it and see if it is anywhere\'s near close to fitting the engine bay.
be prepared to make engine mounts tranny mount and wiring cross over work.  which won\'t be all that hard but likely will take some ingenuity.
Also if you decide to do it make sure it has a metal head gasket 8)
If you have the time I say go for it 8)

Blah.  Not a big fan of cross-breed swaps OR 6 cylinders-] S chassis cars.  The 7M is a heavy monster.  Like Frosty said, with enough money, anything can be done.  Good luck whatever you do...
