Parting It Out Now.
« on: 09:36:16 AM / 30-Aug-06 »
Okay, since I totalled my car I wanted to sell it. no takers, not even for $100 for the car and all my extra stuff. Okay, their loss. So Now I rented an outdoor storage spot, but the car can still be sold as a whole if you want it. It will just be $175 (you come get it), and there is no garuntee that you will get any of my wxtra stuff that I have or stock stuff thats on the car...

What is for sale: Basically everything that can be removed with basic hand tools and put into my car.

What isn't for sale: My 280ZX shifter, turbo bulge, engine and trans, any major steering/ suspension/ brake components, fuzzy dice.

Note: The wheels with (shitty) tires will be sold once the 1 month storage period is up. The car will be towed to the junkyard and I will remove the wheels there. After that, it will be in a junkyard and probably crushed after a month or two.

Now having said that, I do have people already interested in the fog lights and the skirt kit.

A few of the bigger ticket items:
Pair of S13 seats (drivers sear has been modified to fit the stock S12 holes, and the seat is severely worn on one of the side bolsters)
Stock Turbo passenger seat (Great condition)
S13 fuel pump (Will sell this attached to the cradle with the level sending unit)
Rear seats (again great condition)
Digital dash
Drive computer

Shoot an offer, I'll find out shipping and give you a quote.

Which reminds me, how would I go about shipping the seats? Ship them seperately in big ass boxes?

Yep........I went to a pick-n-pull in Cali years back when I lived in FL, and found a mint turbo drivers seat.  They boxed it up, and shipped it UPS back to my house in FL.  I can't remember how much they charged me for shipping, but I don't remember it being too much.

Fog lights are $20, and I'll include the factory dash switch for them. And Premo: My vents are shit, just like 90% of the other S12s out there. The interrior is black with the psychedelic checker-board seats and stuff. And I'm pretty sure the interrior is the same throughout the S12 years (except the shift boots).

I'm a hefty distance. I doubt you'd drive here just to look. Think close to the Illinois boarder near Lake Michigan. Basically the South East corner of Wisconsin. Nice thought though, but I'm betting you thought I was on the other side of the state.

Okay, I just got back from camping, and a hangover +2... Two nights in a row (Saturday and Sunday) I was drunk enough for everyone around me. First drunk night was okay, I fell a couple times, once face-first on concrete (They thought I broke my nose or got knocked out, then I started laughing and got up). Second drunk night I broke my GF's table/bed (Small fiberglass camper, table can be lowered to make a bed with the bench seats. It was in the bed position, she told be to sit, so I did, and then broke the fiberboard table/ bed thing). Then we had to go sleep in my tent, which I almost puked in, but she helped me stick my head out the door, while it was raining... I still don't feel all that great.

ANYWHO...

Mr.Lonely:

You're probably looking somewhere in the area of $75 to $80 shipped. I say that cuz it might be a fairly large box to put all that stuff in.

And Indy: I'll just PM you, so check you're inbox.
