Hi guys, me and my friends have been working on one of my friend's 86 200sx.
I did the wiring (thanks to a diagram I found in this forum) and shortened the driveshaft; My friends took care of the rest.

So here's a video of the car, when it had the stock CA20E
http://youtube.com/watch?v=MipYRV6gMtw

The owner bought the SR20DET and sent it to my friend, he installed the new stage 2 clutch, and allocated the engine in the car.
Then it was sent to me, to do the wiring, intercooler, driveshaft etc.
Here are a few pictures.

After a few problems with the engine, we got a bad engine that failed at the second run, 4 months later, we get another block, swapped it in, and it's now running strong.

I wanna thank nismo200sx16 for the nice wiring diagram I got from here.
By the way, this is my second nissan swap, I swapped a VK56DE (Titan engine) into a 67 Nissan Patrol, one thing I learned is that SR's are much easier to work on.

Any input, feedback, questions are welcome.

Yes, I had to bend the frame a little to make it fit.

It looks really good, but isnt that intercooler a little big for stock spool?
I'd rather be a matchstick than a lighter.

Well the stock s13 intercooler wouldn't fit.
And that FMIC was the most decent and cheapest we found since we were on a 3k budget.
I think the owner of the car is getting a bigger turbo soon and boost up the psi to 10 or 12 lbs.
