Finished repairing the floor (the whole driver/passenger floor is all done YAY!)

Started to work on the rear floor (where the spare tire was)

Welding, reinforcement and studs

will look more hardcore jdm this way + i won't have to open the hatch to fuel + it's the simplest way to do it + i don't want any fuel lines IN the car, so everything will be sealed on the outside

Haven't worked on the car a lot this week, had to make some stuff for friends and people out here. However things are moving forward. I went to Champlain NY to pick up my stuff this week (ordered AN brake lines and fitting, POR-15 paint and other stuff). Ordered stuff from summitracing.com and anplumbing.com, highly recommend them !

If everything goes right, i'll be painting the frame by the end of the week!

WOW absolutely love what you've done with this so far.  I never got this far into the rust restoration with the few I've done, never really needed to with the clean abundant cali chassis here.  Work looks top notch, and then some.

might I suggest tho,

Truck bedlining the underside of the car.  I've used the POR15 stuff and not been terribly impressed, something epoxy based and tough enough for a truckbed will do well under a car and seal up the seams nicely, something paint isn't going do quite as well at.  You could do the interior as well if desired and then paint over everything...
