A little update: Due to the "nice" natural-gas system the air intake exploded but with minimal damages. However I decided to get rid of it. I changed the entire air intake. This is the initial look (subject to some changes within a couple of weeks)
This is the overall look (sorry for the quality but it was in the night when I got ready
Engine

I replaced the old, veeeery old air filter with a new one (sport type) which soon will be situated differently and will probably have the cold air intake.
Air filter

As I changed the entire air intake I needed to do something with the crankcase ventilation (as all catch-tanks in the shop were not available right now I decided to go for an engine breather)

Okay now give some ideas.
Everything is OK now but... there is a problem that I cannot figure out. When I drive it up to 3000 rpm without stepping on the pedal everything is OK but when I accelerate at full throttle until I reach for example 80-90 km/h the car suddenly stops accelerating as if someone cuts the fuel. The sound is as working with the 3 cylinders only. Then about 100 m after this the engine stops. Let's say in 10 minutes the engine starts again without any problems. This whole thing happened to me 3 or 4 times and not regularly. The engine is fully serviced and all filters (fuel, air oil) are changed, the injectors are cleaned in an ultrasound bath. The fuel pump makes let's say enough pressure for the proper working of the engine. It is not yet measured as I didn't have any time. The ignition is also OK. I am not sure for the spark plug though as they are not so good but there was no problem until now when the car was running on natural gas. Soo what could it be???? ECU? wiring problem? crap gasoline? dirty gas tank? obstructed fuel hose? etc??  give me some directions if someone had a similar problem

Well after some checks I found out that there is fuel actually reaching the cylinders but however it is a lot and the engine cannot cope with burning so much of it. There is going to be either a decrease in the fuel or a check why the engine cannot combust everything (ignition regulator failure).

nice one  I will have this in mind  As I have checked with a S13 owner that at least the diff covers are the same so maybe it's a R200-differential.  Do you happen to know if an LSD for s13 with R200 diff will go in without major problems?

Well I now know that maybe the vane air flow meter is not working very well sometimes. I think I have reached the best air-fuel mixture by tuning the VAF's return spring. So now it is a little bit lacking fuel in the range of 6000-6500 rpm but it will soon be running a Megasquirt so the problem will be solved with totally new tuning procedure.
