Pictures = Piss Me Off

it seems like any time i go to read a forum on here and someone posts pictures it always has the little red x and says IPB Image. what the hell does that mean?!?!?!?! its really annoying and makes it hard to give any feed back considering i can't see what they are talking about. is there anyway to fix that or is that just a problem with the host stuff?
i don't have this problem with any other forum site...

oh, its probably a setting on your browser or within this board... OR the pic has been removed....
