40 years later... the old sob started right up. no shit

My buddy scott bought it for 500 he and I decided we'd both restore it, he'd handle mechanical and I would take car of exterior resto and body work and that we'd both go at it redoing the floors.

not bad eh?

whats engines in it? powerglide or 3spd manual?

i may have some random stuff left from the old 54 chevy we had, ill check my uncles garage.

i think i have some good books and catalogs in his basement still too.

it's the straight six, 236 0r 235 I forget cuz my 51 fleetside had one of those two also but it had the pain in the ass one. It was a powerglide, someone converted it into a 3 on the tree but left the auto dial on the column and the powerglide badge on the trunk.
