I figured it was time to get a garage thread going.

I have been working on and off on the project.

I have done anything MAJOR but,

-Swapped the turbo for t25, stainless oil feed, flexy coolant lines, added a flex bellow in the downpipe to compensate for misalignment.
-New oil pump
-New timing belt
-MSD leads
-Random new hardware

I am getting pretty close to finishing some body work aswell.

BEFORE.

plans???
is that repair body work, or are you making something different?

hows the interior? do you have plans for it?
how many miles you got on this?

car looks sweet man, good luck on your project!

It is just repair work. Blends pretty well.

240 KM (150k M)

The interior is pretty mint fresh... Quick pic.

I dont have any concrete plans.... just cleaning it up as I go along.

If there WERE a list

MSD coils
Cone filter and intake piping
Suspension overhaul and assesment (if it is too beat ill throw some money at it, feels pretty stellar for stock though)
Differential overhaul and inspection (it does feel really rough.... I have bad suspicions, can anyone tell me what my options are?)
FMIC and piping
2.5" back with high flow cat and muffler

Overhaul the diff when you are installing a limited slip

The rest of your list sounds good.

A S12 can to quite well with effective suspension mods, at least a good set of shocks and the Canuck Motorsports S12 springs is a start, if you aren't interested in coilovers.  Highly recommend an upgrade when hauling ass

Car looks nice, I remember when you bought it.  Its good to see that you're fixing her up nicely, that is really quite a clean example.
