Ok, so I'm out of the S12 game. To get where I want, it's more cost-effective for me (with my lack of experience) to pick up something that's a little more "sporty" stock.

Location: Nanaimo, BC, Canada
Year: 1986
Type: CA20E 5-speed Mk1 200sx
Colour: White w/ blue interior

Good: Engine was swapped to a Silver Top (don't know if this car was a Mk1.5 or not) before I bought it. All gauges work. headlights still functional, transmission is solid, heat works, new 250lph walbro fuel pump (was anticipating swap to KA24DE), new spark plugs & wires (NGK). No leaks on sunroof, doors or hatch.

Bad: Backward Pioneer decals, Car started (last month before my insurance ran out) but would bog down & die if gas pressed. Interior has some grease staining. Minor rust on underside of hood & metal veilance below tail lights. Bondo on hatch from dumbass previous owner ripping an aftermarket wing off. Passenger window motor is dead. Dash light does not turn on.

I'm moving soon, so would prefer this car gone. No part outs.

Since this car is a Canadian Car, you can import it by getting a letter from Nissan saying it meets CMVSS and meets FMVSS, they'll let you import it under Box 2B. You'll need to have Nissan replaced the gauge cluster with a USDM one and maybe headlights if they aren't DOT approved..

You won't need headlights OR gauges.

The best thing about Canadian cars are that they have DOT headlights & multi-measurement gauge clusters (they're labelled in both Imperial & Metric readings).

Is the KPH the bigger number?

if you don't sell it.. Pull the cluster out and I'll buy it

Yeah, the KPH is the bigger number.

Also, I'm not parting out. Don't have the space/time to deal with that.

My offer stands if the car doesn't sell.. I need a metric speedometer and I'll send you a USDM one if that'd work for you.. But if you're gonna junk it, just pull it out and it won't be a big mess lol

400$... damn... im kinda about 2hrs east of edmonton... its damn tempting to try n think of a way to go get that.. i could borrow the old mans truck n trailor... the fuel costs would prolly match the cos of the car... well maybe not quite...

i went to nanaimo once a few years back, dont quite remember how far in it was...

ugh.. i just cant afford it... sorry man, would love to help us boh out....

if i had the cash i would consider it... i have a few childhood/long time friends out that way... could get one of them to pick it up and then drive it out next time they come out to visit friends and family evry 6 months or so.. lol

the interior even matches mine and everything...

maybe if you still have it after im done school and caught up on bills etc... lol

You may see the new owner pop up on here. If you do, please help him get this thing running. I'd love to see it scream on the drift track.
