fastest sideways ground speed

let me start at the beginning...
a few years ago i got my car for 700 bucks non running down in the renton area. i brought it back up to my place here in everett. guy i bought it from said the timing belt was bad and that's why it wasn't running or something of that sort. so i dove right in and tore it all apart replaced the timing belt then it was having a charging issue so i replaced the alternator and the caveman age battery. was finally at the point where i was ready to start it up. after much ado it was started high idle and acted like it was in limp home mode. i manage to get the idle down by clamping all my hoses getting rid of the pirate air and reducing the amount of fuel being dumped in at idle. i was still having issues it would run then it wouldn't then it would i kept tinkering with stuff replaced my maf. fixed some other crap then it sat running in the worst of condition for about the last two years while i was away at college down in sacramento. i was only able to come home a few times during that time and didn't really accomplish much lol. a few weeks ago (april 17, 2009) i got back from college.
since then these last last three weeks have been intense. replaced my fuel and ran some stp fuel cleaner through my system. checked all my vacuum lines got the idle down. set valve lash. timing marks on my pulley are off so i had to tamper with that for a bit... had problems in the higher rpms but is champ status now. brand new bulbs all the way around. drilled out, tapped and insert helicoils so i could hold my exhaust manifold on. oh almost forgot a big thing... converted the front suspension from s12 to s13 status with h &r lowering springs all the way around.

tomorrow (april 27, 2009) first things first run to court house get a temp so i can drive my s12 down to pro muffler and brake. get my new larger (but not obnoxious) muffler installed with some 2" piping from the cat back instead of my 1.5" rusted pos stock crap. then zip on over to the smog shop get an A+ for killing the atmosphere with my emissions. go back to the court house get my new plates tabs and registration. then drive the piss out of the s12 FINALLY.

no more talk on to the pics
in the beginning

as it is now with the h&r lowering springs and s13 front suspension conversion
