Plans I researched to get my car back to a good running state and fix it while I drive it. Will probably be getting the Diff when I'm driving back from Ohio at the end of November so that's some time from now, but the CYL heads I can probably get in the next few weeks. We'll see how finances and my work giving me some overtime go over.

Actually drove her to work yesterday and I'm doing so all week, the Accent's brakes took a shit so its valve noise till sunday when I can fix the brakes. I've been babying her on the road though and she's doing fine.

For catching people in a not so nice legal way I saw pepper spray bombs that can be set easily. I saw it in the back of a gun mag I bet it could be found with a google search. Also I have a set of heads from a non w-series turbo motor that have about 80,000 miles on them if your interested.  Everything is there but the cams.

Anyone interested in turbocharging their vg? Shoot me a PM. Buck Ofama

Interesting for sure would shipping rape? I don't need the cams I think mine are probably fine, just some valves and lifters that aren't destroyed.

I find it kinda strange you picked up those aftermarket rims and tires when your entire car is needing attention in every department. Based on what you have said about people vandalizing and messing with your car aftermarket rims would just seem like a headache as it is just another thing to have to worry about on top of everything else.

As for your step dad or Mom's boyfriend why not just get a restraining order against him? He sounds like a real piece of work.

Mom has one on him... but she's letting him stay? I don't know I just try to stay out of their bullshit and not let it interfere any more with my life than it has to.

As for rolling around hood rich on my rims: I'm just trying to shine, boy. Skatin' on my 16's rollin fat.

Just kidding: I got the wheels and tires on sale as a combination for just a little bit more than it would have cost to replace the aweful tires I had on the car before, and my car hadn't had all these problems when I got the wheels. The downward spiral really started about a month after I got the wheels. . It'll get fixed. I've actually just been approved to start working over time at my job, so I should be getting about 150 or more extra added to my weekly check, so the car should be running better than ever by the time I join the Army in January.

Yeah your rims just looked kinda expensive which is why I asked but if you got a good deal I can totally understand why you got them (the first order of business for my SE was to ditch those shitty stock rims too haha).

Xano, that's exactly what I thought when I saw it. I'm not sure what it is, it just looks like a scrap piece of plastic that would come from a toy, or really anything. I have no idea. It appeared sometime in a 1 week period between me doing an engine flush and checking my valve train to see how my gaskets were doing and when I went to top the oil off after I heard valve rape.

I don't know what shipping would be I'll find out if you want. I'd make it worth it because they might see the scrap yard otherwise. I had a thought.. have you pulled a valve cover? specificly the side with the oil fill? Maybe there is more parts floating around in there that you couldn't see through the fill hole. A few pieces of foreign material floating around up there could make some serious noises and possibly no damage or minimal damage.

Also on another note If your mother has a restraining order she lost her choice of letting him stay. Like she can't decide to follow it one day and say fuck it the next...Thats playing games with the system. Thats also opening up a door for you to return a little fire.

Yeah find out the shipping, deff. interested. Yeah I pulled the valve cover as soon as I saw it and checked around in there, its pretty gouged up in there and I think one of the valves is bent. But I have checked for more material and have only come across this piece.

Yeah I don't really want to fuck with people when they know where I am staying now. But yeah in the event of me and my mom ever getting along again, I would probably have to have him out of the situation. Not really worried about it, I have other things going on like my own kid that's being born next month.

We'll I just got back the 13th from my roadtrip to Washington to pick up a new R200. Was an awesome adventure and I'm currently making a thread for it:
http://www.club-s12.org/forums/index.php?s...c=28283&hl=

And I also had my son on the 22nd of October which will be detailed in this thread:
http://club-s12.org/v3/index.php?topic=28284

Car is running well, got some new heads from boosted VG, got the diff, need to put it all together, but she's actually still driving ok right now getting me to work and anywhere else I need to go. Have an E-fan to install and I was able to give it a good wash and peel off the rest of the 80's blue tint....

Drove the Accent to Ohio... will have a pictures thread when I get back to my computer at home. Visiting quite a few states on our route. Did 105+ MPH on the 44 going through Oklahoma for about an hour. Was the fastest I've ever moved across a state.

Feel so popular. We're not going to be going through missou or wisconsin on the way back... but we did come through there on the way here. I should have said something before I left.

You don't want to see an accent anyways.. especially when its filled with my lady, my dog, and my 5 week old baby.

If I end up moving to Ohio, I'm going to have to drive the s12... and if I do, I'll do lots of visits.

I don't know who your kidding. A good friend and I are designing and building an AutoX 98 accent GSL right now.

It's surprising how many 240 parts we're pushing into it, actually. It's got a full 240 Ksport setup (just like mine), and misc bits here and there

Jay, I demand a build thread for the accent! lol. I had a friend who had an older one...it was purple...hahaha. He got rid of it though last winter after we took it out for some snow/ice drifting. It was a beast. It made it up on to a couple of curbs at low speeds to and was just fine. Hyundais are beasties.
