Where do you shop for tires?

i am using onlinetires.com since someone recommended them to me on here...i tried to call them to see if i could change my order though and they dont answer their phone...i tried calling when i put my order in because i was having problems with it...and they wherent answering their phones then...i have called around noon both times...so maybe lunch? I was going to just buy some hankook k106 195s...i had them on the 626 and loved them...the 205s where a bit more expensive then i want to pay for...but they arent answering their phones anyways...and i am not sure if they still have the charge on my card...if someone knows of a really good cheap place to buy tires i might call the bank and see if they have charged it and then dump it...

well, i called the bank and they hadnt charged my account...and i saw that easy-tires.com had the sunny's in stock..and i called and a lady said that they did have them in stock...so i went and ordered.

My brother and I installed hood pins on the car today...the latch has had problems latching so i was worried about the hood flying open...also, i am a ricer.

i know...i know...my hood has a softball sized dent on the front of it so i dont feel to bad about messing up a already messed up s12 hood...

btw, i am installing my specialty engineering tc rod bushings tomorrow.

I am also contemplating gutting the bottom of the hood out now that it has holes and a dent in it...

Vulcan tire usually has some good prices too. I'm gonna look at online tires right now.

discountedwheelwarehouse.com has a tire section.  they got me 4 Ziex quick and had great over the phone customer support

my boss is a part of the local lions club on the beach...i was stocking up their firework stand in town today and the car was parked across the street....i saw a guy walk by and take a couple of pics of it...

experimental engineering tc rod bushings are now on the car! These guys are super legit...i had a problem installing these on a sunday and i emailed them a dumb tech question and they got back to me in a hurry...on a sunday!

the bushing kit is only 28 bucks and pretty much every datsun owner i have talked to has told me that it is like the first thing they install on their cars because they do so much for the car and because they are so cheap. As soon as i get a chance to beat on the s12 I will be sure to tell you guys what i think of em!

FYI if toe is the cause of your tire wear, it will cause both tires to wear... toe out balances itself out between the tires to drive straight. if its one side thats out, IE one tie rod threaded in or out and hte other ones fine, it will affect the other side as well.
Your steering wheel will be out.
say if you are .4degrees out on one side,then while driving straight down the road, both sides will be .2 out, causing equivelant wear.

Jeesh.. I dont know how many times I've pointed this out!!! lol

well the toe was out like 2 degrees on the drivers side and 1 degree out on the passenger...
