88 S12 Hatch W/ 5.7 Hemi Swap Project

Well it all started with my first S12:
87 nissan 200sx xe coupe

i picked it up all original for $400 with a ceased motor....
i knew i could have fixed it but it was a garbage ca20 so i keep it for 2 mths. with no idea of what to do with it....
a kid was hanging out one day and saw my 5 honda s2000 wheels and asked if i wanted to get rid of them so of course i had no use so i ask whats he got to trade he said a running and driving 93 S13  with a taillight wiring burnt..... first thought.... there goes my potential SR20DETT idea..... Ka24de time.... went the same night and picked the car up..... WAH LA.... 3 days later with the help of my friends at import performance shop a beast was born.... easiest swap ever done....

total cost out of pocket $500

SR top mount turbo kit w/ t28 turbo $100
KA exhaust manifold flange made out of 1/4 stainless steel and welded onto SR manifold: FREE

now for the killa':

i recently came across a kid with a 88 S12 hatch.... motor and body perfecto.... interior yikes damn kids, something left to be desired.... lol or heavy tint job...
anyways right before that i bought an 07 dodge ram 2wd that had been rolled for less than 700 bucks tried to sell the whole swap but no bits and i got this car and hanging out with my crazy dad he suggested why not put them two together.... his words: "your friends own a machine shop so why not your always trying to be different, by the way didnt you tell me your friend took a civic ek hatch body on a z06 frame and a wrx sti on a z06 frame so i know it can be done" yea it can i believe so as we speak my motor mounts, tranny crossmember, driveshaft, springs, subframe connectors, and one off fully adj. camber kit for the rear are being made probono by my great friend don at his cnc machine shop and ect....



37 friends with s13 and s14's im the only one with s12's here:

4 with chevy 350 swaps
andrew with his 6 s13's no ka's involved SR's or RB's all of em.... duh he's the owner of import performance shop... serious toys here ppl
9 S14's with SR swaps
2 other S14's with RB's
12 S13's ka'd
3 S13's SR'd
1 S13 RB25dett


so here goes this process on the daily driver updates as soon as possible feel free to ask any questions one any of the cars all mods performed by me with help of my friends cept the GTIR is pretty stock SR20det
