If you look at the history of Nazi Germany, there were countless human vivisection and experiments done. Pregnant women, unborn live fetuses, limb detachment, healthy organ transplants - a dizzying, sickening and mind-numbing array of general human medical experimentation. Disgusting. Repugnant. Horrifying.
It advanced medical knowledge by at least 50 years, if not closer to 100 years worth of knowledge.
^ I'm with you. In a way its a great thing. But the scary side is; the basis of this type of research is usually pervured to man's sadistic lust towards immortality. In turn the benefits of this type of research is lost.
