Wow! Clean find. If it has been sitting inside all these years, odds are that you just need to drain the tank and not have to replace it. The tank and lines should not have any rust in them it the car was kept dry all these years. I would change all the fluids, put a new battery in, give a tune up, and see if it starts. Judging from the one pic, it seems to nice to part out.

Won't the gasoline itself have rusted out the tank? Yeah it really is too nice to be a parts car...

I can tell you right now that the engine will need to be disassembled before you fire it up, unless it was drained and assembly lube was applied before storage. I say part the engine and trans and sell the rest as a clean shell. If it's rust free, you could get the same for the shell that others would pay for a running car.

Alternatively, you could just sell the rest of the parts too, I am sure that you could unload a whole bunch of things right away. Even I have a list!
