Alright, after much discussion between the team, we have decided that we need to specify some ground rules for avatars.  This is to prevent us from having troubles with our web host (which does not allow over a certain percentage of "pornographic" content over the site as a whole), as well as to help make this a safer place for those of us browsing from our workplace.  If your avatar does not meet these guidelines, we will eventually remove it (this is to give you some time to be able to remove it after reading this message).

Heres some basic guidelines to help you out on what we want to NOT have in the avatar (or signatures for that matter).
1. If it has only panties and a bra on, or less, it most likely isn't appropriate.
2. If it has a subject matter regarding something illegal, it most likely isn't appropriate.
3. Use common sense.  If you would get fired by your boss for having a picture of it in your workspace at work, its probably not appropriate.

I would like to state, NSFW POSTS ARE ALLOWED.  We just do not need that type of content on EVERY post you make in every section of the site in the form of your avatar (or signature).

Even the rape avatar has to come down? Alex has been rocking the rape avatar for awhile now. I mean some members here literally remember him not as eternalswap but "the guy with the flashing rape avatar".

I bolded the exact reason why now, Alex's avatar will have to change soon. And I underlined a secondary reason that may or may not exist for everyone's workplace, but will certainly exist for some workplaces.

Sorry Alex. Like I said, it wasn't my vote, but I'm gonna uphold the group decision on this.
