There were no modifications, from what I understand, it was just a badge and color package for the S12.

 The 50aniversary S12 Gazelles in Australia were ca20 with no modifications and were painted in the s12 standard colours , but the GTS Skylines were a different story.  2.5" exhaust, upgrade to injectors, beefed up suspension, custom mag wheels and break up grade, all were painted White with GTS bages. Engines were still 3ltr single OHC .
