Burning Coils!!!!!

so every time i start my 240 with a sr swap. coil #1 always burns up right away. i was thinking would be a ground but idk we'll see later today. what else would cause a coil burning up like this? and also would a bad o-ring on injector #1 cause it to dump fuel into the engine, if not what would?
