This is a reminder that it is against the rules to post on behalf of a banned member. This would include sales listings for cars or parts on behalf of that banned member. This can also include posting pictures of the banned member or their cars, although thus far we have been lenient on this aspect.
We have a rather sophisticated software here that can dectect origination of posters from a variety of sources. It can also ban them, not just by username, but in an assortment of ways that makes certain we can enforce the rules effectively.
Understand -- if someone has been banned from Club-S12, it also means they no longer can enjoy the advantages of listing cars and items for sale here. We're pretty familiar with who's car is whos, so we're gonna know it when we see it.
The best way to protect yourself from losing privileges like posting photos of yourself at events, or selling things here, is to behave civilly. To date we have only banned four people. That's in the history of the site. And to do justice to the rest of the world, they were all Americans. So yes, for those of you in the land down under, I concur and agree with some of you who have shared the sentiment that the drama often starts on the western hemisphere.
But we do what we can to prevent that here, and to correct and, if necessary, remove issues. This is in order to maintain a comfortable environment here for all people around the world.
If anyone has any questions, as always, feel free to ask, but unerstand that this rule was developed among the other rules out of experience.
