Midwest Meet
« on: 12:58:26 PM / 14-Jan-12 »
So, anyone interested this year?
Obviously when it gets a little warmer out...

I know we got a few new guys here in the area.

Well... Hopefully it would be more than you and me with S12's...
IF I feel like driving mine that far...

Running S12 or not, doesn't matter to me.
Jay, you can always bring the E30, BMWs are always welcome in my driveway.

My E30 wouldn't have any issues doing so.
Neither would Alyssa's.

Maybe I'll put the interior back in the ol' 12. That would make it much, MUCH more bearable.

Just keep in mind, I am expecting a cali trip in late may, and have a wedding to attend before that. Get that out there before any meet planning.

I was thinking probably around June, unless we get some early warm days before then.

Honestly?

We haven't had a cold day yet.

(By seasonal standards)

Also, by late may, I mean I'll probably be in cali, or on my way back on May 31st.
It's the "Hey, we've put up with each other for 5 years, lets go buy a car in cali" thing.

Seriously.
Actually, if it weren't for the wind, it was actually really nice out today (34f I think).

Sounds like fun, where abouts in california?

L.A. area. But it doesn't have to be, just within the general vicinity.

Route 66 drive in a rust free E30, HOPEFULLY I find an M3 in my budget.
(Hopefully, again.)

I wanna hear that engine sing while canyon carving the rockies. Boy oh boy.

And get some magical shots with the gopro, of course.
Like this mundane one. But much less mundane.

Fine by me, shouldn't be too cold still, but it is the midwest... Not that it bothers me that much.
