lol ya people are not always the smartest. I had someone put a piece of paper on my window asking if my 240sx was for sale, and clearly on the rear, and car (WASNT) backed in, says 200sx.

I_heart_VVL

15s would make this car look soooo much better. Though it wouldn't exactly help your already terrible camber issue.

wont change camber at all if i go 15s, but i actually did go 15s kinda! just bought 2 15x8 -30 offset wheels for the front, have to buy some 15x10s of them for the rear. ill get pictures once i buy new tires

Arro

Yeah Diamond makes a good wheel for a great price, but omfg they're heavy. As far as automotive styling goes... regardless of what one might or might not think about this S12... you got rid of an S13 for it

Welcome to C-S12 ;)

THAT IS EASY, anyone can camber a skinny as tire till it dosnt rub. Now fitting an 11 with a 315 on stock fender with reasonable camber, that is fitment. And looks, and performs better than both.

working on it, have to buy some tires first because the 195/65s that came on them are huge, so I'm thinking some 185/60s or 195/55s for the rear to use as spares till I order the other 2 wheels

Whaaa? 185's is too skinny. As it is, factory widths are 205's. 195 I can understand. You go 185 You'll be basically looking cool but gripping like shit. Is this a showcar only? 185's will look less like a wheel and tire combo and more like a ball. I understand what look you're going for, but just be aware it will suck for handling. If you're cool with that... knock yourself out.

Solution: buy grippier tires.
Your not going to loose much between a 195 and a 185 anyway.

they don't make many (any?) grippier tires in 185. As it is, finding them in 195's is hard unless you're back down to 14", and even then it's hard. 185 is just a shitty size for performance tires, unless you live in the EU where a lot of cars out there were produced with dinky wheels. And even then, not really for 16's.

they are being used as spares for the rear at the moment. I bought 195/55s for them. it's all good no need for nice grippy tires just for some daily drift spares. once I get the other 2 these will go on the front with brand new falken ziex 512 195/50s
