Trying to get back into the S12 game!
« on: 04:21:00 PM / 13-Oct-12 »
I've been looking around for S12's literally since I sold my old one! So I come across this, and think the price is a typo......

http://calgary.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehicles-cars-trucks-1986-Nissan-200SX-Turbo-Coupe-W0QQAdIdZ418334546

so Ive been emailing the guy....and here's some of the replies I've gotten:

I ask him about the price and how I would pay A LOT lower and he says....

"Whats the price range you were looking for?  6700 is as low as i will go.
I will be around this weekend, come take a look at it,
203 Larch Pl Canore AB
Just let me know when you and what time you are coming?

14036881468
pls leave a message

Roger"

I ask him what the engine issue is and he says........

"not quite sure could be a little fix or a bigger one, didnt get the mechanic to take a look at it, i already put in 8 grand in this car, so thats the reason im selling it costs too much to get it fixed. parts are too expensive and too rare for this car. so come and look at it..test drive it…see how much you are willing to pay…and ill decide if im willing to give it for that price."

Then I ask him how he has put 8k into it.....and he says "look at the kijiji ad".....so I say....thats MAX like 2000-3000 worth of stuff....and if he wants to drop the price to something reasonable let me know....and he says....

"2 sets of tires $900
sencer in fuel pump &1500 got is shipped overnight from japan
altenator $700
rotors $150 a piece  / 600- installed my self
front and back pads $80
tune up  $350
exhaust and manifold  &1500/ from engine to back with new muffler, shipped for USA
speakers $50
callipers $700 for all 4
battery $100
no not interested go look for a different car!!"

hahahaha too funny....who wants a 6,700 buck S12?! HURRY UP! It's gonna go fast!!!!!!!!!!!!

I keep my car cleaner then my room
Fuck you then, I'll take my movies, box of chocolates, bottle of wine and chloroform somewhere else.
Adding an SSD to that is kinda like strapping a 3 inch stainless HKS exhaust on a geo metro.

Fuck that guy

Anyway, he either got shafted on parts like he was a Honda owner, or he's lying through his teeth. Given the panda paint scheme, I'm apt to believe either.
Nah, quoted for future use because not only is it lame and old, but it's a direct link to Schizo posting up homoerotic menswear fanfiction.
