I have asked some time ago my local Nissan dealer what a hose would cost. They quoted me around 65 euro a piece. Problem is they cannot provide them anymore.
400 euro is alot of money I agree, however if you count 10 hoses x65 it is 650 euro.

I have a friend of mine looking in his pile of hoses if he still has a FJ20 lower radiator hose. If he has one I have a complete set that is available for reproduction.

Here are some pics of mine.

There are 8 smaller diameter hoses and the two big radiator hoses.

Two pictures of the lower radiator hose which we don't have yet.

Does somebody have a lower fj20 radiator hose which he is willing to part to help me out?

I once seen this old guy make his own. He put the hose in a coffee can filled with super hot water. and let it sit till the water went cold. i just googled some stuff and found all kinds of cool idea's. from what i read. 90deg plus is the not easy. you need to bend the tube past the point you want because when it cools down it bends back a few degree's. Some company called "gates" makes a product called unicoil. it goes over the radiator hose and keeps the shape you want. sorry if im no help.
