The lower coolant hose pipe is in the way I have to get the ca20 pipe or somehow make ca18 one work with a little persuasion.

More parts came in today. Still waiting on the usps to deliver but ups brought the IC piping, BOV, and steering wheel.
The tension rods are coming in today.
No ETA on the steering knuckles/spindles I got from Alex Yo yet. Or the tension rod brackets.
But I'm glad I'm finally getting stuff together for the car now.

me and 8six are talking about the ka plenumn on the ca20 lower half. also take a few pics of the lower coolant pipe so i can outline where to cut it and put a different size hose on

Oh,  okay.
The only things that I had to do for the TB to work was dremel out some of the plenum and flip the throttle cable thing and spring.
Alex, it hasn't updated for me. It just says the shipping info has been processed.

Now I only need one wheel bearing and the coilovers and I'll be all set

so turns out my mac doesnt have any paint based app :S
but anyways, i cut my pipe right before it tee'd off from the block side leaving about 2inchs of pipe for a 45 degree coupler to go on, then i used a another tee i had kicking around form a gas tank off a honda and a flex hose from local parts store.

if you dont want to go to that much trouble im sure you can gently harmer it and indent it to clear if its not rotted out.

That's what I did.
I flattened the bend a little to clear the intake but I have little to no room for a house and clamp to go on.
Might try your solution.

yea mine was to rotten/old/rusty and i punched a hole in it by accident leaving me the only option of wise cutting, just take your time and use random coolant hose from the junk yard.
also if you go to a junkyard soon and find a ca20 car just pull the hardpipe out, cut the block side of it accordingly so you may not need to use a 45 hose but im not to sure about that theory.

Im pretty sure my luck of finding 4-6 S12s in the yards are over.
I was like a kid in a candy store that day.
I wanted to buy everything

lucky you lol, ive only seen about 7 in my whole life. none of which were in a yard (thank god)
there are also abs or pcv piping with tee's you can get from home depot.

And then a tan one driving around my town but only once and never again idk what happened to it. I was like OMG I want to follow you but I gotta go to work.

as dangerous as it sounds and luckily no cop was around but we have a freeway about an hour from me where there is a large patch of grass between the sides. i literlly saw one and we were in rush hour so i drove across (which is like huge fine) just to talk to him, and then was late about 2 hours for work lol
