I've got a 1987 200sx and I've removed my high pressure hose and the low-pressure hose (gear to tank). My problem is replacing the low pressure side it seems fairly easy to find a replacement for the high pressure but cant find a thing for the low. I don't know as much as id like to about fixing this beast so any advise and help would be great.

You should be able to get away with just using transmission cooler hose for the low pressure.  (Do NOT use it for the high though)

I just don't know about the fitting on the end what I do about replacing it and running a new line

If the original hardline is beyond salvaging, you have a few options.

1)Look for an OEM part through a dealer, which will be expensive if you can find one.
2)Look for a useable hardline at the junk yard, or through some other used parts venue. Posting a want ad may get you a part from someone who's deleted their power steering.
3)Make your own, or have one made up.

I remember way back someone just got the same fitting for the hard line connection and ran the rubber line back from there.

Rock Auto shows the high pressure line in stock, low pressure return is bulk line. You would need to retain fitting and maybe put a splice. I know there are shops around that can put fittings on lines, might look into that.

When I put a S14 rack into mine I managed to find a fitting and adaptor to turn it into a hose tail for a rubber hose.   I'll see if I can find exactly what I bought.

Thanks for the help guys.
I'm looking at making my own now for both lines now but I'm also going to a hydraulic place to see if they could fab something up. I might need to find new fittings tho not sure about sizes. I might machine my own if need be.
