Problem with that, is that the metal in that area is only designed with stress from the shock, it's not designed to take full body weight... Same goes for the shock mount control arm reinforcement bracket.
That being said, it really wouldn't take much material to reinforce it so it does take that kind of load, but would require welding.

Might be a good solution if you are planning to do a full s13 rear end swap.  Still shock towers will need to be re-enforced typically following the same guide as the z31 with s13 rear end swap.
