Depends. What are your purposes for the car and what are the offsets of your wheels? Also, which lowering springs are you planning to use front and rear?

The canuck ones all around n no drifting just dl with  standard driving may do a few time attacks but nothing crazy. Just look for tires size how big of a side wall should i run. Current stock is 205 60 r15

The biggest issue with fitment depends on the offset of your wheels. On my Z31 turbo wheels (15x6.5 I think +35 offset), I ran 185/55/15 for a while because I got them cheap and moved to a 195/65/15 to get my car up off the ground a bit (my exhaust hangs low and I was dragging it on speed bumps). Stock tire size was too bulky and the tires flexed too much for my taste. The 185 set wasn't bad for flex, but the tires weren't very good for traction. A thicker sidewall will usually be a more comfortable ride and a thinner sidewall will be a tighter feel and bumpier. It's really personal preference.

Check into the tire calculator that's linked as a sticky for more info.

I think I'm using 205/55 in the front, and 225/50 in the rear. Something like 23.5" tall if I remember.

Coil-overs in the front, and SRA car, so the rear is narrower. 15x7 in the front, 15x8 in the rear.
I'm using a soft spring rate in the front, so the car turns in really well.

I never had "lowering springs" so I'm not sure what would fit really. I know that I can lower my front to where it rubs on flat, hard corners, but I don't have stock offsets nor widths. Sometimes a combo hard accel corner and bump will rub the rear at stock height, but it's rare.

I don't really know what I'd buy if I where you. I'm probably of no help
