h190 brake upgrade?

hi everyone,

just wondering if anyone has any info on ugrading the drum brakes on the h190 to disc and the best way to go about it?

Time vs effort would i just be better off going for a full r200 subframe swap?

I know lsd options are avilible for the h190 but how do they hold u with power? going full built ca aiming hi around 250kw
