best place is off the intake mani basically what i did was tap the plug i used for the pop off valve and got some 90degree brass elbow that i was able to attach to the end of my boost sending tube..

Well, in that case... throw the carbon canister away and put the boost hose by itself on the intake thingy

I have one similar to Bart\'s on top of the mani where the pov use to be, except the 1\" plug I bought already had a threaded 1/4\" hole in the top so all I had to do was buy a 90 degree elbow with barb to screw into it.
Also, another place to to get a signal from is up along the fire wall there is a block where a vac line from the brake booster, and the big hose that leads from the intake mani from right behind the pov location.  Both of theese lines hook onto this block.  On that block on the firewall there is aother small nipple that isn\'t being used, and has a cap on it....atleast on mine anyways....this is where I get my bov signal from, and could be used for boost gauge signal.

Yah the second wire on the TB is for the Cruise control.  The one closest to the TB is Throttle, and the one furthest is Cruise. 8)

I ran my boost gauge off the plug Keith mentioned. I ran it before off a T fitting I stuck in off the manifold directly, but that piece of crap plastic thing broke when I tried to put the hose on it for the third time. So, I just popped off the plug and ran it there.

I got the same identical reading from both locations.
