I don't care about gratuitous German in Japanese whatever, MFG is abbreviation for Manufacturing, not some German phrase. Besides, why would a car part say
"Tsuchiya With Best Wishes Company Limited" and have a part number, instead of the name of a company that manufactures car parts, and then the part number?

Come now. Be rational.
